Standardized water-ethanol extract (62-68%) of Calendula /Calendula Officinalis/
Use to:
- help treatment of diseases like stomach and duodenal ulcers
- minor burns including sunburns, warts, and injuries such as sprains and wounds
- skin diseases such as dermatitis and acne
- improve the recovering from surgery
- help overcome menopause symptoms
Calendula exerts a positive effect on symptoms due to menopause. Compresses of calendula blossoms are helpful for varicose veins. Results from recent laboratory studies show that calendula may also have anti-infective properties, particularly against fungal infections and against viruses.
Dosage
400 drops dissolved into 50ml mineral water or juice 2-4 times daily.
