Echinacea has many benefits - it has a beneficial effect on viral and bacterial infections, diseases of the upper respiratory tract and a good prophylactic. The herb has been shown to be effective in reducing the duration of viral infections.
Echinacea reduces moderately to severely the risk of respiratory infections. The reduction is especially significant in frequent patients.
Dosage: 30 drops dissolved in mineral water or juice, 1-3 times daily before meals.
